It really rings true for me. I was given this list at a staff training. We were all agreeing with them saying how true they were. When we finished we were given a 5 minute break. After we returned the director asked us if we remembered any of the 10 rules. The only one most of us could recite was #10, the rest we had forgotten. #6 is my favorite. It really rings true for me.
