I’m guessing you have some way of recording the birth dates of all your youth participants. Either the dates are in your online registration database or on participation forms.
Some of you might actually send out birthday cards to your youth participants. Maybe you do that for all your customers. If you do send out cards then I applaud you. It takes some good organization to pull that off.
Wouldn’t it be cool if we all did that for our customers?
And what if we took it one step further?
Today’s Monday random idea is to get the staff together and call the birthday person. When you get him or her on the phone have everyone sing them Happy Birthday. Sure, you’ll be doing this on a daily basis, maybe even multiple times per day, but what a great way to stand out from the other organizations that send cards (like their dentists) and make someone feel appreciated
