I’m currently working on our fall activity guide, and that means it’s time to reconsider what programs to keep around, toss out and add. So as we looked back on the past year we found that some of our biggest programs (had the most participants) were a bit of a surprise.

In part 1 I discussed the ways you can create the life-sized game board. In part 2 I discussed how to make life-sized characters, which really enhances the look of the game for kids and parents alike. In part 3 I am going to discuss the final piece of the Life-Sized Candy Land game – the cards or dice.

It’s time to create the characters.
Candy Land has gone through a few versions so we had to figure out if we wanted to create the game using the new characters or classic characters. We went with the new ones.
